HVAC Installation and Drip Pan for STA Barnegat Light

1. Contractor shall remove and discard current drip pans located under air handlers in the following locations wet room, male duty room 4, male duty room 3. 2. Contractor shall install new drip pan, rectorseal saf-t- swich on each condensate overflow switch, install secondary wet pan switches that are in compliance with local HVAC and plumbing industry standard. 3. Contractor shall tie drip pan collection system in to current PVC outlet that is provided from the air handler 4. Contractor shall remove and discard all insulation on low side piping going from the air handlers listed above to the exit of the building 5. Contractor shall install new industry standard insulation for air handlers listed above to the exit of the building
