Falk Tile Ditch #504 Rehabilitation Project

Falk Tile Ditch #504 Rehabilitation Project. Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a bid bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid or a certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. In addition to the Bid Security, a one (1) year Performance Bond is required for this project in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total project cost, and may be submitted with the Bid Proposal. The Owner requires that all work associated with the project be completed before May 12th , 2023 No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of (60) days after the opening thereof. Awarding of the contract shall be to the Lowest and Best bidder as determined by the Board of Marion County Commissioners in the best interest of the County. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This project consists of approximately 1,300 L.F. of tile main replacement, including boring under a public roadway, and installation of 7 catch basins. This project is located within Pleasant Township in Marion County, Ohio.
