Hite Creek Pole Barn Project

As of Auguts 4, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. To install the new pole barn, foundation, and slab located at Hite Creek Water Quality Treatment Center. All work shall be done in accordance to MSD's Standard Specifications. There will be no pre-bid meeting held for this project. The Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $50,000.00 and $100,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Project Manager for this Invitation to Bid is Joseph Exely.
