Furnace - Service: 1. Have a furnace technician service the furnace. 2. Replace air filters in furnace. 3. Visually inspect all other components of furnace for existing or future problems. 4. After cleaning and preliminary adjustments, furnace is to have final adjustments made for peak efficiency with a combustion analyzer. These readings are to be recorded and left at furnace for future reference. 5. Any component found defective or in need of possible replacement (with the exception of items mentioned above) must be reported to the rehabilitation specialist along with associated costs for possible replacement. This will be covered in a change order. 6. Provide copy of technical report to Owner and Rehabilitation Specialist. Water Heater Replace: Install a new Energy Star Rated Heat Pump water heater manufactured by Bradford White RE2H50S10 or approved equal. 2. Remove existing gas water heater from basement and dispose of properly. 3. Install the new Heat Pump water heater on a 4” high stable base. 4. Connection to existing plumbing is to be done with PEX and include shut-off valves. 5. Include all accessories necessary to complete the job in a code compliant manor
