Description

Project includes the following buildings to be demolished: several 2-story residential properties constructed in the early 1900s ranging in size from 2,000 sf - 2,500 sf and a previously renovated 13,000 sf single story commercial facility. Abatement is expected to include hazardous materials found in building materials used in that era but could also include removal of small underground storage tanks and soil removal and/or remediation. Work will require waste diversion, coordination with servicing utilities, some earthen backfill and minor site grading/restoration.
