Contract C1 - Phase 2 Capital Improvement Community Recreation Project

As of 8/30/2022, it has not been established if a rebid will take place.* The Work includes: Demo existing catch basins, fence, landscape areas, and milling existing pavement. Install new catch basins, fence, storm pipe, concrete curb, grading, handicap parking, painting lines for parking and courts, tennis and basketball court with equipment, rubberized crack fill, concrete, and asphalt pavement. Contract C1 - Phase 2 Capital Improvement Community Recreation Project. Each Bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by certified check or cashier's check in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
