Description

This project consists of multiple phases of design and construction within the City-County Building (CCB) located at 210 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Madison, Wisconsin, 53703. The overall project is for remodeling selected City offices on the first, fourth and fifth floors of the CCB. It is anticipated that the design, construction, and warranty periods for this contract will span approximately 6 years (including the final construction warranty phase).
