Description

The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: selective demolition, the installation of E&S controls, a retention basin, inlets, HDPE and PVC underdrain piping, electrical conduit, concrete curbing, sidewalk, surfacing, stairs and metal railings, ADA ramps, signage, tensar geogrid material, crushed 2A stone, asphalt paving, pavement markings, landscaping and all site grading and excavation shown or reasonably implied on the plans and contract documents for this project.
