Susquehanna Township Administration Office - Renovation

The renovation of the Susquehanna Township Administration Offices consists of approx. 7,800 square feet of interior renovations to improve the safety and security for employees and visitors and to make more efficient use of the existing facility. The scope includes the reconfiguration of interior spaces, upgraded interior finishes, replacement of mechanical systems and distribution, and upgrades to electrical systems and distribution including all new LED lighting throughout the area of work. Minor exterior improvements focus on improving the buildings main entrance with a new accent wall feature and new exterior finishes including wall cladding and soffit materials to improve the identify and wayfinding of the offices.
