Construction Management at Risk Services for Capital Improvements Program

Provide Construction Management at Risk services for the District's planned Capital Improvements Program. The Capital Improvements Program will be subject to a bond referendum and is contingent upon funding. The Program is expected to include some of the following options: 1. a consolidated high school with a career center and provide the approximate cost of building that facility either on the existing Abbeville High School site or to seek a different property location that would be suitable. 2. a new Abbeville High School on the current Abbeville High School site and provide the approximate cost of building that facility; 3. a modernized Dixie High School with a middle school wing and provide the approximate cost of building that facility. 4. a modernized John C Calhoun Elementary School and provide the approximate cost of that facility., and various other projects for the design and renovation, expansion, adaptation, and/or construction of new improvements to the District's remaining schools.
