Construction Engineering Services for I-15 North Phase III Widening

To perform professional and technical engineering services to ensure that the construction of project NHP-015-1(162) & NHP-015-1(163), I-15 north of Las Vegas in Clark County are accomplished in conformance with the plans and specifications. Construction is expected to begin January of 2022, continuing through most of 2024; however, the exact construction schedule and administrative staffing needs may fluctuate throughout the project duration. The Department has implemented an electronic documentation software called AASHTOWare Project Construction & Materials™, and the inspectors will be utilizing the Mobile Inspector™ for documentation of construction activities. The Department will provide training to the selected firm after the execution of the Agreement. The successful proposer will provide one Field Assistant Resident Engineer, one Office Assistant Resident Engineer, one Critical Path Method (CPM) Schedule Reviewer, three Inspectors level IV, two Testers, nuclear gauges, trucks, and cell phones. All personnel assigned to this project will possess the experience, knowledge, and character to adequately perform the requirements of these services, so as not to delay the progress of construction
