Description | Specification Work Order 1586765 - Small Business Design-Build / Design-Bid-Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for Hampton Roads, VA Task Order: This project will repair and renovate Building 288 located at Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads, Portsmouth Annex (NSA HR PA) Virginia. Mechanical systems repaired by replacement include the heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems (HVAC) and associated equipment to consist of but not limited to ductwork, piping, hardwired programmable thermostat controls, occupancy sensors, exhaust systems and testing. The mechanical systems will be monitored by a new direct digital control system which shall be integrated into the existing base-wide system. Repairs are also to include remediation and other minor corrective actions related to accomplish the work. Renovation of the residential units, laundry rooms, common and administrative areas shall be performed. Some interior doors have been modified and will require replacement, all others to remain as existing. Exterior residential unit doors with latching/locking mechanism failures will be replaced. Exterior upgrades include select site and building lighting and concrete walk repair at failed joints and areas of lift. Building 290 is the mechanical/ utility support facility to Building 288. To accomplish the overall scope of the project work within Building 290 shall include replacement of mechanical systems/ water booster pump. Other repair work to include but not limited to electrical systems, fire protection systems, plumbing system with fixtures (selective) and the replacement of architectural finishes. |
