Precast Catch Basins, Dry Wells, Frames and Covers

To secure a bid for Precast Catch Basins, Dry Wells, Frames and Covers. Under this item, the supplier shall furnish 2'6", 3' and 4' (inside Height) precast concrete catch basins with a minimum inside dimension of 2'6" by 2'6". Catch basins shall be as manufactured by the Fort Miller Co., or approved equal, with knockout panels on all four (4) walls. Knockout panel dimensions are as follows: 2'6" unit - 24" x 24" centered on sidewalls; 3' unit - 24" x 30" to inside bottom of catch basin; 4' unit - 24" x 42" to inside bottom of catch basin. All catch basins shall be designed for AASHTO H-20 Loading. Under this item, the supplier shall furnish 1-1/2", 4", 6" high square grade extensions with an outside dimension of 42" x 42" and an inside opening of 30" x 30" for frame and grate. Precast concrete extensions shall be constructed with minimum of 4,000 PSI concrete and shall be adequately reinforced. Grade extensions shall be designed for AASHTO H-20 loading. All risers shall have two (2) lifting hooks. Under this item, the supplier shall furnish 6' and 8' diameter dry well components, as manufactured by the Fort Miller Co., or approved equal. Under this item, the supplier shall furnish heavy duty frame and grate. Campbell Foundry Pattern #2816, or approved equal.
