801 Building 1st Floor Renovation

The work for this project is interior construction for business offices. The gross area of the space is 7,900 square feet. The office portion of the two story 801 Building is Type III B construction and is fully sprinkled. It is in this portion on the first floor of the building that work will be performed. The project calls for the demolition of existing office partitions, electrical fixtures and mechanical ducting as well finishes in preparation for a new open office renovation consisting primarily of a furniture wall system that defines office and support spaces. Ceiling material will be acoustical ceiling tile and floor material will be owner provided carpet tile for contractor installation. A new mechanical supply and return ducting system will be required that will tie on to existing RTU’s as well as new. Electrical is LED 2x2 ceiling light fixtures with some specialty lighting. Furniture is not included in contract.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
