Description

The Work is to install bi-polar ionization units in existing HVAC equipment throughout two (2) buildings at the College’s Hackensack and Lyndhurst campuses. The contractor will verify the existing HVAC equipment operation as indicated on the drawings. The contractor will be responsible for recording the existing outside and supply airflow, cleaning the interior of the project HVAC units and install the bi-polar ionization units. The Work shall include the required electrical wiring and circuiting to power the bi-polar ionization units.
