Kemper: East parking lot Approx. 10,964 sq. ft repair and or remove ail asphalt and replace and seal. MCMS: Remove and replace Approx. 2880 sq.ft of alley asphalt. East parking lot Approx. 16,900 sq.ft. Remove and repair pothole sections and overlay and seal entire parking lot. All three locations will follow and perform proper compaction ratings. Provide and maintain $2,000,000 Certificate of Liability insurance, naming Montezuma-Cortez School District as "additionally insured Performance & Payment Bonds for projects exceeding $50k The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept that bid which appears to be in the best interest of the District |
