Description

The project consists of demolition of the existing cooling towers, termination of chilled water piping to the adjacent elementary school, construction of CMU chiller enclosure, installation of new air-cooled chillers, renovation of the chemical treatment system, replacement of chilled water valves at all AHUs, replacement of VFDs, replacement of chilled water pumps, complete replacement of the entire BAS system, and a campus wide test and balance. LDB goal is 10% and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) is 3%.
