Description

This project will widen approximately 0.35 miles of 37th Street to a 4-lane arterial road with 10-ft detached sidewalks and includes a 2-lane roundabout at the intersection of 47th Avenue and 37th Street. Utilities to be constructed include storm sewer and waterlines. All dry/private utilities, XCEL, Lumen, Comcast, and Atmos Gas will have been relocated around the proposed improvements ahead of the construction.
