Description

Questions are submitted online No The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities: A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: BASE PROJECT 1. Fabrication and delivery of five new industrial control panels. Panels shown on contract drawings include the panels below. The BPPHPP and AWPP panels shall be fully installed and wired as shown under this contract. The other panels (PPP, RBPP and AEPP) shall be fully fabricated and delivered to Owner for installation by Others under a different contract. a. Blower/PEW/Power House Processor Panel (BPPHPP). b. Primary Processor Panel (PPP). c. Digester Processor Panel (DPP). d. Retention Basin Processor Panel (RBPP). e. Screen (Preliminary) Processor Panel (SPP). f. Aeration West Processor Panel (AWPP). g. Aeration East Processor Panel (AEPP). DUDUCTIBLE ALTERNATE OPTION 2. Fabrication and delivery of two additional new industrial control panels. Panels shown on contract drawings include the panels below. Panels (DPP and SPP) shall be fully fabricated and delivered to Owner for installation by Others under a different contract. a. Primary Processor Panel (DPP). b. Digester Processor Panel (SPP). 3. Demolition of existing PLC equipment as indicated on the Drawings. 4. Fabrication, delivery, and installation of a new network panel (NP-1) as indicated on the Drawings. 5. Procurement and delivery of SCADA computing hardware equipment and software through SCADA Hardware and SCADA Software Allowances. a. SCADA Hardware allowance will be as directed by Owner/Engineer and utilized to purchase SCADA Historian, OIC No.1, OIC No. 3, OIC No. 4, iPad No. 1, iPad No. 2 shown on Drawings. Engineer will issue contractor a complete bill-of-material (BOM) for contractor purchase and delivery to site. b. SCADA Software allowance will be utilized to purchase SCADA software as directed by Owner/Engineer. Engineer will issue contractor a complete bill-of-material (BOM) for contractor purchase and delivery to site. 6. Contractor shall manage the Control Room Furniture allowance. This includes coordinating the purchase and installation of new control room desks, cabinets, and other control room furniture items through a local commercial furniture dealer/installer. 7. Other work indicated in the Contract Documents. Any questions concerning contract documents or specifications will be addressed at this meeting. This will give companies contemplating submitting a bid a chance to examine the locations of the proposed service/goods and receive interpretations of the contract documents.
