Description

The project includes cleaning Cell 3 leachate collection lines and the force main system at the SSWMC. The work includes, but is not limited to: mobilize and demobilize the CONTRACTOR to and from the work area; provide labor, equipment, and supervision to perform the cleaning of all Cell 3 leachate collection pipes, collection sumps, and force main pipes; utilize analytical and technical means to design, monitor and adjust the Work; provide analysis of waste liquids and waste materials generated; and dispose of the collected liquids and cleaning materials used, prepared, or recovered during the Work. In addition, DSWA may require CONTRACTOR to dispose of these collected liquids and cleaning materials at another facility. A
