The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Minority & Women Workforce Goal (for all trades) 10% Every request for such interpretation must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bid. Question Deadline 04/02/2023 Work in the Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Selective demolition. 2. Replacement of gas fired AHU's with Dx coils and associated exterior units (condensers exterior Hp unit). 3. Provide boiler and associated hydronic piping and venting. 4. Isolation valve replacements. 5. Control valve replacements. 6. Air dampers in ductwork. 7. Hydronic pipe modifications to support installations. 8. Pipe and duct modifications including insulation. 9. Select VFD installations. 10. Provide a Building Management System, including graphics, wiring, controllers, and all ancillary items to complete the BMS upgrade. This includes end devices, controllers, sever and cellular router.
