No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hour set for bid opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless award is delayed for a period exceeding 45 calendar days. The Board of Directors of the White River School District No. 416 reserves the right, to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding.
