Grant Avenue 26th to 25th - EN011 - City of Ogden

Site work for a road / highway in North Ogden, Utah. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway. This project proposes to reconstruct the Grant Avenue Right of Way from 26th Street to 25th Street. The road is in need of repair. The proposed improvements will extend the Grant Ave Promenade, however improvements in this block will be different than previous blocks completed. This will allow for increased use and functionality while also accounting for future development potential. The project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
