The Cubes at French Lake

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of a 996,960 square foot industrial spec building. As of July 5, 2023, the project is in the early design stages and is pending rezoning approvals from the City of Dayton. A general contractor has been selected. A firm construction timeline has not been announced, however, it is expected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2023
