Description

Services Building Heat Exchangers Replacement. To include the following: *Work scope is to include, but not limited to flushing existing piping, cleaning existing lines from any debris; removing old oil, pumping new oil; purging system with dry nitrogen, remove and install new dryer units, install heat exchangers (provided by Coast Guard), and charging Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) unit with new refrigerant as per manufacturer’s specifications. The Contractor shall not subcontract any part of this project without prior written consent of the Contracting Officer. *Inspect the DOAS unit and compare to the manufactures specification, give a detailed listing of any defects to LT John T. Waters or MAT2 Victor M. Regalado. *The contractor must remove and dispose of all hazardous material from the site caused by the heat exchangers replacement. *The contractor must be finished and DOAS unit heat exchangers operational, no later than two weeks from the start date. *Work must be in compliance with all OSHA and EPA guidelines.
