Time and Material for Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Systems

To provide time and materials service for the Closed-circuit television (CCTV) network. This includes maintenance, repair, migration, and modification of ALL CCTV components including hardware and software with approval from Information Technology Security Team staff. The service duration is from the effective date of the award through September 30th, 2021. The Contractor/crew must be Certified with TrueVision/OnSSI/Ocularis/Qognify surveillance systems. The contractor must have a minimum of two certified skilled personnel with the qualifications as noted for the maintenance, repair, modification, operation, and preventive maintenance. The contractor shall develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure the non-recurrence of defective services. The Contractor shall provide all tools, labor, equipment, and materials, including cables, cable connections, etc. necessary to repair and upgrade the security system where applicable.
