Description

The Contract Documents may be examined at the Allegany County Department of Public Works and st allconer.or bids bid hom Ridders must purchase the Contract Documents directly from Allegany County to submit a bid for consideration. Each bid must be submitted in the Contract Proposal Book on the bid form, and the entire Contract Proposal Book enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Allegany County Commissioners and clearly marked "BID FOR WASHINGTON STREET LIBRARY ROOF RENOVATION, CONTRACT NO. AC-WL-23(01) ALLEGANY COUNTY, MARYLAND" on the outside and accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid and a completed Affidavit of Qualification to Bid. The successful bidder will be required to be bonded to the County Commissioners to the sum of one hundred (100) percent of the amount of the proposal The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive informalities as the interest of the County may require.
