Flooring Replacement and Millwork for Nursing Unit 5F/G at Ben Taub Hospital

This project consists of the vendor furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide comprehensive services to replace the flooring and re -laminate all existing millwork in the 5F/G nursing unit, in accordance with the specifications. For the nursing unit floor pl an, please refer to attachment v., Floor Plans - Nursing Unit 5F/G, and attachment v., Flooring Specifications. Room numbers included in this section of the scope includes: 1. Patient Rooms – 5900, 5907, 5913, 5917, 5923 ,5926, 5928, 5930, 5936, 5940, 5943 2. Nurse Station – 5910, 5911, 5950 3. Alcove – 5902 4. Chart – 5909 5. Ante -rooms – 5925, 5930, 5939, 5942. Replace flooring in corridors, approximately 2,669 square feet, patient rooms, approximately 3,418 square feet, nurse’s station, approximately 681 square feet, ante - rooms , approximately 252 square feet, med room, approximately 57 square feet, the waiting room, approximately 408 square feet, and other miscellaneous areas in units 5F/G on level 5 of Ben Taub Hospital.
