Baker's Creek Sewer Outfall Replacement

The Project includes the replacement of approximately 1,970 l.f. of 10-inch gravity sewer along with 10 associated manholes and the rehabilitation of approximately 1,030 l.f. of 10-inch gravity sewer with 4 associated manholes. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A pre-bid conference will not be required for this project. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
