| Description | Removal and Replacement of three existing roof mounted Air Hander Units with miscellaneous patching and repairs to existing roof system as required for installing new curbs, plumbing and electrical penetrations as needed (Note, one additional unit will be bid as a bid alternate). New curbs and units will be mounted in exact location of existing units. Sizes and loads of new units will be equal or less than the existing units. Existing duct penetrations will be reused. Existing roof structure is a precast double tee with a 3" reinforced concrete topping slab. |
