Description

Replacement of various boiler, pumps, and related piping for the William K. Sanford Town Library heating system. Items to be included in this scope of work include: Replacement of the gas-fired hot water boilers with high efficiency condensing boilers. Asbestos abatement of the existing boilers. Replacement of heating water system pumps. Replacement of heating system mechanical room piping and hydronic specialties. Modifications to the existing Johnson Controls building management system to accommodate the heating system upgrades. Electrical power removal and installation associated with heating system equipment.
