The Board of Supervisors hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that, in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color or national origin in consideration for an award. Contractor shall indicate certificate of responsibility number on the outside of the envelope. Online bids shall be accepted and opened as instructed on the website and in the Contract Documents. Certified Check or Bid Bond for five percent of total bid payable to Jasper County and the State of Mississippi must accompany each proposal.
