Description | Landmark has been selected to deliver this Lease-Leaseback project, for our valued client, Hayward Unified School District. We are the selected contractor for this project. Project Summary: Increment 2 modernization of existing campus and HVAC replacement. Project will begin October 2, 2023 with completion by April 1, 2025. Please refer to the detailed schedule for timing of phasing. Modernization and HVAC work for Buildings S, G, and O will require Saturday work, please include the costs to meet the schedule as published in your proposal. The current set of plans include all DSA review comments pending approval stamp. We expect to issue the DSA stamped set via addendum. Modernization of classroom buildings A, B, C, D and S. Limited scope at G (gymnasium), M (cafeteria), and O (administration). Classrooms will receive new finishes, casework, lighting and mechanical units. The electrical service will be upgraded. Restrooms will receive new fixtures, toilet partitions, accessories and will be modified as needed to meet current accessibility code requirements. Building G, Gymnasium will be refurbished with new fixtures, finishes, mechanical unit and the existing partition will be replaced with an athletic divider curtain. Toilet facilities in the locker rooms will be modified to provide code compliant facilities for students and staff. HVAC replacement throughout the campus including repair or replacement of affected finishes. Roof repair as required for new rooftop units and curbs where applicable, removal of hydronic piping system and associated boiler plant. Pricing MUST be broken out by plan set, per the bid form. All bidders must submit a bid form, scope letter and the Skilled and Trained Graduate List which includes location information. Bidders must be prequalified with Landmark prior to the bid.
