Request For Proposal Highland High School HVAC Replacement

Questions Due: September 29, 2023 As of September 22, 2023, bids received were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. INTRODUCTION It is the intent of this request for proposal to seek bids for the complete replacement of the High School HVAC system. This particular request for proposal is to replace the current controls, RTU's, split systems and modify existing electric and gas lines for reuse on the newer units at Highland High School (HHS) with a system that meets current EPA standards for efficiency and air quality. BACKGROUND The Lewis County C-1 School District is located in Lewistown, MO. There are approximately 900 students attending two academic school facilities. Grade levels range from pre-school through twelfth grade. The district currently has one K-6 Elementary Level building: Highland Elementary and one 7-12 Secondary Level building: Highland High School. Bid document is based on a request for the removal and replacement of the existing HVAC system at the High School (HHS) in a way that satisfies current EPA standards for efficiency and air quality. Questions Due: September 1, 2023 Answers/Final Addendum posted: September 5, 2023 PROPOSAL SUBMISSION Two (2) bound copies marked Copy, one (1) unbound original marked "Original" and one (1) CD or flash drive in PDF format which contains the Vendor's entire response. Each original and copies must have the appropriate submittals. If you are hand delivering the proposal, the Central Office at 21504 State Hwy 6, Lewistown, Missouri must receive and time-stamp the proposals prior to the close date and time. Proposals received after that date and time will not be considered or opened. Submittal packages must be clearly marked showing the number and the title of the RFP, which is HIGHLAND HIGH SCHOOL HVAC REPLACEMENT - PROPOSAL, RFP# 004-23. Responses to all properly submitted questions will be posted on the School District's website bid posting as addenda to this RFP. The deadline for submitting questions on this RFP is October 13, 2023 at 3:00pm CST. Any questions submitted after that date and time will not be considered or answered.
