Description

This project is for the maintenance and preservation of landscape assets in Prince George’s County, District 3. Landscape assets include landscape planting beds, tree pits, and turf areas. This work involves the completion of various management activities on a regular schedule in compliance with the contract specifications. Management of Landscape Areas activities include pruning and foliage removal of perennials, ornamental grasses, bulbs, and flower stalks, weed control within landscape planting beds, and litter and debris removal within the limits of the managed areas. Management of Turf Areas activities include mowing turf, trimming, and litter and debris removal within the limits of the managed areas. Crew for Landscape Management and Additional Work 2 Inch Mulch will be performed as directed throughout the Administration’s Right-of-Way, Easements held by MDOT SHA, and in areas under agreement with MDOT SHA in Prince George’s County, District 3
