| Description | Demolition and removal of the existing Audio-Visual System Equipment within Ballrooms A, B, the Expo Hall and the west end meeting rooms and auditoriums. Some of the existing Cat 5 cabling within the floor boxes of the ball rooms shall be replaced with new Cat 6 cabling and jacks. New Audio-Visual electronics shall be provided within the existing equipment racks with the main A/V equipment room. New speakers shall be provided utilizing existing cabling. New XLR jacks will be provided. |
