Description Providing a new roof and associated skylights. Work of this Section includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Removal of all roofing materials, all EPDM roofing, insulation, base flashings, fascia, edging, existing asphalt vapor barrier, etc., down to surface of concrete deck at all flat roof areas where noted to receive new roofing. 2. Release, cut, elevate, disconnect, extend, reconnect all mechanical/electrical, including all gas piping and ductwork, as required to raise equipment and install new preformed metal curbs at all rooftop equipment. 3. Removal of masonry. 4. Removal of existing electrical conduit and junction boxes by an Electrical Contractor, and the re-routing of the conduit including all required wiring and junction boxes. 5. Removal of all existing scuppers and downspouts. 6. Removal of all sloped skylights and gutters. 7. Removal of all rooftop skylights. 8. Removal of existing concrete blocks in wall for preparation of new windows. 9. Cutting concrete to widen scupper. 10. Removal of existing storefront in stair tower. 11. Relocation of plumbing vent and mechanicals from exhaust fan curb. 12. Removal of masonry (blocks) at sloped skylight areas for installation of step flashing. Contract Term: One year with Renewals
