Sidewalk Work (Annual Contract)

1. Form and pour a 4" thick, 3000 PSI concrete for sidewalks over compacted earth 3’ from the back of the curb. Width 60” Sidewalk to have 1" deep by 1/4" wide scored joints every 5' apart. Intersects other paved surfaces. 2. Proper grading and cleanup of surfaces related to sidewalks, stamping, curb and gutter and driveways repairs. 3. If required, Detectable Warning Pads meeting latest ADA requirements to be installed at road crossings. 4. Contractors are responsible for all materials, labor, supervision, technical personnel, machinery, tools, equipment and services. 5. Price is to include all removal, disposal and cleanup of all asphalt and/or concrete materials. 6. Service will be required on an as needed basis throughout the year during the contract period.
