Description

The project consists ofimprovements to the North Employee Parking Lot located at 2269 S 146th Street, SeaTac, WA 98168. The work includes providing finished operational support space in Shelter 1, Rehabilitating restrooms at all three bus shelters, providing two additional EV charging stations, replacing an entrance monument sign, Removing, storing and re-installing furniture m the shelters. The Engineer's estimate range for this project is $750,000 - $1,000,000. The WMBE utilization goal is 12 % for this contract. The Port of Seattle, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
