BH Development Phase 4A

Project Category Code: Waterlines, Sewer Force Main, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete) Description: The Project includes the following Work: General earthwork and grading, installation of PVC water main, installation of HDPE sewer force main and PVC gravity sewer, installation of asphalt surfacing, and installation of CMP culverts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Owner. The Contractor shall be able to demonstrate that he has successfully completed municipal utility work of a similar nature and scope as that required for the project. No Bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid opening.For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. BH Development, LLC (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: BH Development Phase 4A

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
