EAB Ash Tree Treatment Services FY24

Work shall include, but not be limited to the application by root flare and trunk injection of insecticidal treatments to help control the spread of the Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) within the incorporated city limits of the City of Kansas City Missouri. This maintenance of trees will be conducted on designated ash trees located on City right-of-ways, parks, and other City properties designated by the project manager. The Contractor shall provide appropriate EAB insecticides, appropriate injection equipment and trained personnel for the project. The Contractor shall provide tree insecticide application services for EAB control as described herein and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this specification. The Contractor must include, as part of the work under this contract, the movement and transportation of equipment and supplies to and from the work sites, tracking and reporting of work completed, and contacting residents regarding tree treatments. Work shall be performed by address list, city block or area as assigned by the City Project Manager
