Description | The Contractor’s services shall include all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide professional general contracting services for projects at a variety of sites throughout the Town. 1. During projects, the GC shall manage installations, maintenance, or construction, provide and pay for all personnel, labor, materials, overhead, equipment, licenses, permits, all costs (direct and indirect), administrative costs (postage, printing, copying, plotting, deliveries), research, recommendations, studies, written documents, designs, specifications, details, drawings, issuance of certificates for payment, review of documents, inspections, supervision and approval of work as necessary to perform and complete the Work as required by the Contract; in addition to, fully and properly documenting Work performed. 2. The GC shall be responsible for performing work defined in the contract documents as well as those services defined in “Scope of Work” of this RFP and other services as may be contractually agreed upon between the GC and the Town of Davie. All other work will be competitively bid as previously identified and awarded to the GC. B. Specific individual project requirements will be outlined by the Town, with Contractor’s approved proposal, the Purchase Order (PO) will be issued, and work will be authorized and executed (pursuant to the Contractor’s Cost Proposal of this RFP) stating total not to exceed amount and completion date prior to commencement of Work. Contractor shall complete Work according to proposed project timeline (Schedule) and shall provide all deliverables in a timely manner and within the total not to exceed amount stated on the PO. Deliverables shall be submitted in the format required in the Contract. Deliverables shall depend on the Contract’s requirements and may include but not be limited to: 1. Permit applications for the State, County, Town, FDOT and or other agencies required by Contract 2. Town of Davie Permits 3. Construction schedules 4. Submittals 5. Preconstruction videos and photos 6. Shop drawings 7. Request for information 8. Surveys 9. Red lines and or record drawings 10. Operations and maintenance manuals 11. Warranties 12. All deliverables as required by the Contract 13. All appropriate information to support any Change Order request 14. Pay applications 15. Material Invoices |
