Township Building(s) Concrete Installation Project

The Office Building will consist of the concrete pouring a 30' x 40' x 4" concrete pad, containing Class AA PSI Concrete smooth finish, W4.0 x W4.0 in flat 2" from finished surface; joints shall be tooled not cut; isolation joint w/ sealant between slab and wall; tion of 6" of compacted limestone (provided from Township) consisting of prep, level and compact. polyethylene vapor barrier under the entire slab and board insulation (R-15) under the slab from the wall. All work under this contract shall include all equipment, supplies, and labor for the construction specified. The project is located i Reade Cambria County, Pennsylvania. Bidders must comply with all State anti-bid-rigging lations pertaining to work associated with this project will be required to submit an executed non-collusion davit with the bid. Bid security shall be in the amount of 10% of the total price submitted. Prior to the award of the contract, successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory ance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond the Owner, and executed by a satisfactory circular listed surety, each equal to 100% of the total amount. The bidder will also furnish evidence of ance coverage as required by the contract ing Wage law and the Prevailing Wage Rates issued this project. The successful bidder(s) will be required to complete work within 60 consecutive calendar days from, and cluding, the date indicated by the Owner in their Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, cluding without limitation, nonconforming, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves right to waive all minor informalities not involving time, or changes in the Work. The Project consists of the concrete installation and lated work at two Reade Township facilities (Storage Office buildings). The Storage Building will comprise the concrete pouring of a 110' x 68' x 6" concrete consisting of Class AA 4,000 PSI Concrete smooth W4.0 x W4.0 in flat sheets 3" from finished surface; shall be tooled not cut; " isolation joint w/ between slab and wall; and installation (prep, level compact) of 6" of compacted limestone (provided the Township).
