for a new Wholistic Pet Facility including site and approximately 13,000 sf building construction Anticipated Start: May 1, 2023 Anticipated Completion: Dec 29, 2023 Please direct all questions by email to Megan Hawkes, meganh@destefano-associates.com The following items were presented at the pre-bid conference on 3/7/23: 1. GC to provide a 6500 cubic yard blasting allowance. Monitoring wells if required will be by owner. The owner would prefer site contractor crushes gravel on site to avoid the 5000 CY DOT limit permit or possibly blast 5000 CY and hoe-ram the balance to avoid the 5000 CY limit. Owner will provide DOT permits. 2. SWPPP plans are by the owner. 3. All third-party material testing is by owner. 4. Future generator by owner, GC to supply transfer switch. Mike to send spec for generator. 5. Epoxy flooring substitutions will be accepted but must meet FDA / USDA requirements. 6. C02 system provided by owner. 7. Rapid Unit and Addison RTU's supplied by owner. Mike to send cut sheet information for electrical requirements. GC responsible for hoisting and installing. 8. C D C controls are by owner. Electrical contractor to provide wiring. 9. Freezer and rigging of freezer by owner. Mike to provide spec information. 10.Second floor mezzanine is open to the deck and to be painted. 11.The structural steel spec was provided by Can-Am. The siding spec is "Can-Am Hambro" system but may be substituted if the proposed siding meets the same energy spec. 12. Roof must be TPO no substitutions. 13.The canopy shown on the elevation drawings is by the owner. 14.FDA / USDA acceptable lights must be used in the warehouse production area.
