District Wide Roof Improvements 2

As of July 26, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: Roof Replacement of three (3) separate roofs located at two of the three NEORSD Treatment Centers. Roof Repairs at six (6) separate roofs located at the three NEORSD Treatment Centers. This policy is contained in the Contract Specifications. The MBE/WBE/SBE goal for this Contract is 5% MBE/WBE and 0% SBE. The NEORSD reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bids received.
