Description

The Contractor’s scope under this bid will complete an ADA accessible concrete walkway to a new playground area at Kingwood Forest Park. Additionally, the Contractor will grade a level pad for the playground surfacing and equipment. A Playground Installer on a separate contract directly with the City will provide the playground equipment, surfacing, curbing, subbase, and drainage. The Contractor will coordinate schedules as required with the Installer to allow the Installer sufficient time for their work as required in specification Section 116813. Contractor will ensure work completed prior to playground installation is maintained and stabilized during playground installation.
