Engineering Plans shall include site plan, grading, drainage, storm water management, utility plan, demolition plan, and erosion control plan d. NPDES permitting and storm water monitoring 2. Demolition a. Remove all items associated with existing Middle school baseball field (located at 1305 N. Isabella Street, Sylvester, GA 31791), including but not limited to: dugouts, fencing, electrical, concrete, etc. 3. Site Grading a. Grade site to proper slopes per Engineering Plan b. Install storm drains c. Site Utilities i. Water ii. Electrical iii. Sanitary Sewer 4. Field Construction a. Field dimensions to be 320' at the lines, 340' in the alleys, and 360' to center. 30' sideline area. b. Laser grade field c. Install new irrigation d. 6" clay infield e. Construct mound and plate f. All bases, pitching rubber, and home plate g. Sod 419 Bermuda turf in large rolls 5. Dugouts a. 12'x50' dugout, 8" CMU, (1) on each side b. Within each 12'x50' dugout, construct 10' block storage room with rolling door c. Water and electrical d. Metal roof 6. Bullpens a. Double mound and double home plate area, (1) on each side 7. Fencing a. 8' high black vinyl fencing for outfield and sideline area b. Netting in front of dugouts c. Gates 8. Backstop a. 3' high x 90' long poured concrete wall b. (4) 6" black powder coated poles c. 25'x90' netting 9. Bleacher and Slab a. Concrete bleacher slab 30'x90' b. 4" thick 3000 psi with fiber c. Aluminum bleachers 10. Field Lights a. Field lights to meet Georgia High School Standard. No submitted proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the closing time scheduled for the receipt of bids. Worth County Schools, hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality and to award the Proposal as may be in the best interest of the Owner, or re-advertise for bids. The Contractor shall warrant all materials and labor for one year after the date of final acceptance by the Owner and the Engineer.
