Description

The Board of Education of the City of Waterbury is seeking Proposals for Elevator Service Maintenance and Repairs with the intention of entering into a contract for the furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to execute and properly finish the Project, as detailed and described herein. Successful Proposer agrees and covenants that the Contract Time shall commence upon delivery of the City's written notice to proceed, which shall occur after contract execution by both parties. The Successful Proposer agrees further that the contract shall be for three years starting July 2020 through June 2023. All questions and communications about this RFP and submission requirements must be directed to the City of Waterbury eProcurement website and must be received by 2:00 PM on January 29, 2020. Prospective proposers must limit their contact regarding this RFP to Mr. McCaffery or such other person otherwise designated by Mr. McCaffery.
