EKCC Repair Replace Roofs

Administration building, four housing units, elevator tower, and guard towers. The existing approximately 200,000 square foot roof to be removed is a loose laid ballasted EPDM roof on metal deck and concrete deck respectively. The new roof system is a SBS Modified Asphalt Two Ply system that is cold adhered over rigid board insulation system. The existing roof drains are to be reused. All pre-finished metal roof coping caps, flashings, accessories and terminations are included. Existing lightning protection system shall be removed, stored, replaced, and recertified. Some minor E.I.F.S. patch and repair will be required. The razor ribbon on the roof will be relocated to brackets mounted to the side of the building with the exception of the mound of wire closest to the entry of the facility. The razor wire in that location will need to be removed, and reinstalled once that roof section is complete. There is a series of six small windows that will be removed to accommodate roof flashing installation. The openings will be closed with cmu and the EIFS will be patched back.
