Grand Lake High School Miscellaneous Campus Repairs

The work located at the Grand Lake High School campus consists of replacement of damaged mechanical rooftop units, new baseball building, new softball building, new concession building, repair to bleacher covers at softball field, repair drainage on East side of high school wing, repair chain link fence in various locations throughout campus, new flag pole at baseball field, repair to elementary playground safety surface, new marquee sign at high school and elementary school entrances, interior repairs to old home economics building, flooring repairs at elementary school, rebuild walkway canopy between elementary and middle school classrooms, repair of conduit at emergency generator. 1. The Work includes all necessary labor and materials to complete the project as indicated in the Construction Documents. 2. The buildings will be occupied at the time of construction and care must be taken not to disturb normal operations. 3. Dimensions: Contractor is responsible to field verify dimensions and existing conditions. 4. Permits: Apply for, obtain, and pay for permits required to perform the work.
